The Worcester Heat is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization providing an all-inclusive, elite baseball program to players of all ages. Our program is dedicated to producing successful high school and college players through a comprehensive approach to development, a competitive game schedule, and superior coaching. Ranked one of the top organizations across several age groups throughout New England, the Worcester Heat has enjoyed many top finishes in regional and national tournaments. The Worcester Heat earned silver medals in the AAU National Championship at Disney's Wide World of Sports and has secured a spot in the National AAU poll's "top 25" four times within recent years.

As one of the premier travel baseball organizations in New England, within the last 8 years the Heat has seen several of its former players drafted in the MLB Amateur Player Draft. Even more importantly, many former players have been scouted and comitted to play at all college levels. The Heat's coaching philosophy as well as its regimented workout schedule has created a winning formula at the regional and national level. It's the Heat's belief that having a strong commitment to player development and the building of good character breeds success. In 2010, the organization boasted 10 teams and 6 first place finishes at the regional level and 1 first place finish at the national level while placing top 3 in 6 other tournaments both regionally and nationally. On average, 85% of Worcester Heat players are on their High School Varsity teams by their sophmore years.

The Worcester Heat continues to successfully provide each of its players the benefit of a strong regimented year round clinic and indoor/outdoor practice program along with a very aggressive game schedule. Players who join the program will recieve a 10 month MVP All Access Membership to our indoor training facility, Hit Quarters. This membership will grant them full access to batting cages, pitching mounds, infield time, entitle them to private one on one instrcution and players are enrolled in Strength & Conditioning classes with certified personal trainers at no extra cost. This is all inclusive in the Heat tuition.
